We exist to infuse life and creativity into previously used materials, building thoughtful, functional, and elegant custom furniture pieces.
SUSTAINABILITY
FORTY PERCENT of the world’s waste is generated by construction & demolition. Craft Revivals was founded on 1 core principle, SUSTAINABILITY. We don’t just talk about it, it is at the center of how and why we build.
By repurposing construction waste into thoughtful, functional, and elegant custom furniture, we don’t just build AWESOME furniture, we make the planet better too.
Our other focus is to rekindle an interest and investment in CRAFTSMANSHIP. In an era of cheap materials and planned obsolescence, we believe in crafting unique pieces from high quality materials that have been otherwise cast off.
Head craftsman Keenan Brekke is a carpenter, project manager, designer and builder - a scrapheap visionary with an eye trained on elegant reuse. He scours job sites for materials that could have a new life and designs one of a kind pieces of furniture for your home.

Lastly, we believe deeply in COMMUNITY.
An added benefit of buying a Craft Revival piece is that we donate 25% of our profits from every piece sold to a community based organization.
We are based in Oakland, CA, a city with a long history of making due and breeding innovation from society’s scraps. That DNA inspires our work, but it also drives us to reinvest in others who are working to positively invest in our beloved Town.
